Victorian Vocal Academy singing lesson cancellation policy

Lessons cancelled under 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the lesson fee. If illness occurs during this time a student will have the option to rebook that lesson once they are well.

Victorian Vocal Academy policy for children attending lessons

All children must be accompanied to teaching rooms by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians must be present for the drop-off and pick-up of lessons. We welcome parents to stay for the duration of the lesson. If a student requires to use the restroom during the lesson they will be accompanied by the teacher. Children must not be left unattended to enter or exit studios without a parent or guardian escorting them.
