Victorian Vocal Academy singing lesson cancellation policy

Lessons cancelled under 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the lesson fee. If illness occurs during this time, a student can rebook that lesson once they are well.

Victorian Vocal Academy policy for children attending lessons

All children must be accompanied to studios by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians must be present for the drop-off and pick-up of lessons. We also welcome parents to stay for the duration of the lessons. If a student should require to use the restroom during the lesson, they will be accompanied by the teacher, parent or guardian to the outside restroom. Children must not be left unattended to enter or exit studios without a parent or guardian escorting them.

COVID19

We take the health and safety of our students and teachers very seriously. Students will be required to follow all COVIDSAFE guidelines when attending face to face lessons.
